　　今年は諦めて来年にしようかと思ったとたん、来年があるかどうかわからん、と自分の中で声がして、
　今年も行ってきました。

　　一番印象に残ったのは道主の無駄のない、流れるような演武と、会場の通路ですれ違ったときの道主
　の精悍でやさしい表情でした。そして次に心に残っているのは、兵庫県連や小嶋会、栗林師範の演武で
　のせいぶ館の若い人たちの気持ちのいい動きでした。

　　朝早くから若いみなさんに、会場の席を確保していただいていたので、ゆったり座って楽しむことができ
　ました。どうもありがとうございました。

いつのように今日朝は中心をとして柔らかく走って運動してほんまに勉強になりました!
先輩から教えてくれたが、他の道場には笑って稽古してダメだが、せいぶ館には笑わなくて稽古するのはだめです!
笑って運動して日を向かって行っていいではないでしょう？
今日のレデイクラスは先週と同じでいつも楽しかったです。聞いたことと全然違って日本人は男性と女性は両方たくさん笑って楽しいに生きて行きます。
午後の初心者クラスの後あるアメリカン人が稽古を見に行った入りたいと思います！新しいメンバーを迎え方は私に勇気修道館のと同じやり方を覚え出しました。
This morning, as usual, we practise with running a lot, in the same time,
trying to focus on our own center. This way totally works, at least for me.
I have heard frlm one of my senior, in other dojo they cannot laugh while
practising. However, in Seibukan we cannot keep non-laughing classes!
Frankly, is it wonderful to welcome a new day with laugh and heathy
practise?!
Today lady class was just as fun as last week. In contrast internet
information, Japanese people both man and women are living a life with many
laugh, actually!
After beginner class in the afternoon, there was an American guy came for
watching class. I can feel that she did want to practise with us! When I
saw Seibukan members welcome new-comer it reminded me about my Dojo in
Hanoi!

ＰＳ　昨日の稽古で、ハイは隣でしていた人とぶつかって、悪かった膝を打撲。ちょっと心配。

Today I must to stop doing keiko but I can do Mitori keiko now 😉 and I can takes photos and videos. That’s what I do love too!!!! Like I love doing aikido 🙂

It is so funny when you always dream to have all day doing nothing and when you gotten it you already want to do something:))
Me too, Now I just whisper can practice every day 🙂

This morning keiko is very important for me because in Vietnam we don’t use to practice with two uke or three at the same time. I think we have to do it in every keiko.

Kobe is always sunny and cool. I will really missing it when I come back to Vietnam . And flowers in every corner . I love Kobe:)

今日は朝稽古がないと思って”ah今日ちょっとねぼうされるね”と思いました。でも、夢の中で先生が来て出した音を聞いて起き出しました！朝稽古間に合いました、良かったです。
今日は雨でしたけど私達予定があって京都に行きました。雨だったらまた遅くて来て本当に恥ずかしいでした。
前、京都には色々聞いたことがありますから,
今日はすごく楽しみに行きました。多分京都は旅行の町だから電気線が地面の中にある、全然見えなかった。逆にベトナムにはどこでも電気線がたくさんあります!(“⌒∇⌒”)(“⌒∇⌒”)
午後の稽古は新阜先生が教えてもらいました。やはり先生の合気道は柔らかくて簡単になられます！でも、ベトナムに帰ったら忘れないように稽古続けるんですか？_私ずっと考えてます！
今日の夜,
歓迎会がありました。ほんまに楽しかったです。せいぶ館の皆のこともっと分かるようになります。皆若い顔をしますわ、びっくりしました。54歳だが45歳見えますとか50歳に見える顔をする先輩もういます。すごいでしょう?
最初日本人はだいたいそうに若くて元気だと思いましたが。間違えた！せいぶ館のメンバーだけ会いますからそう言う感じですよ！

Today, I was supposed to be late in bed because there would be no practise.
But when.I was in middle of a sweet dream, sensei came in and the dream was
gone (/_;)/~~ Lyckily, I could meet the practise on time!
We had plan to go to Kyoto today. Such a shame that I was late again just
because of rain!!!
I had heard a lot of interesting things about Kyoto before so I was.really
looking for this! Maybe beacuse Kyoto is a tourism city so you can not see
the electrical lines here, they are hidden under the ground! Compare with
Vietnam, we, in contrast, have a lot of electrical lines (￣O￣)

In the afternoon, we had practising with Nioka sensei. It is so admirable
about sensei’s aikido! However, I’m always thinking about how can i keep
this style after caming back to Vietnam〜_〜

We had had a trully funny welcome party this evening! I could get to know
more and more about seibukan’s members. It was quite shock with me when I
know the true age of them.
There is a person who is at 54 years old but he looks like at 45 only. Also
another who looks like at 50 even that he is at 63 now!!! How amazing! At
first, I thought this is the same for all Japanese people, but it is not
true! I mainly meet Seibukan’s memebers so that’s why I’m felling that
way!!!

いつのように朝稽古してました。そして、今日はポートタワーとハーバーランドにチハヤさんが私達に3人でつれていってくれました。楽しかったです。日本に来たからせいぶ館の皆さんは色々の場所案内してくれて本当に良かったです。
午後の稽古は畑中先生教えてもらいました。先生の合気道は本当に柔らかいです。稽古終わった後、もうちょっと稽古したくて残った人がいました。畑中先生とモネちゃんはこてがえしやって、モネちゃんは飛んでる見えてすごいでした。
今日ハカマ関係の面白いことを気づきました。ハカマを着るともっと大きく見えます！
それは私にはもう一つの合気道の試験を受ける理由でしょうね！
Today we practised as usual in the early morning. After that Chihaya san
took us (Lisa, Hai and I) to the famous Port Tower and shopping
place_Harbor Land. It’s really funny. We enjoyed it so much! Ever since I
came here, I have been guided by many of Seibukan members around Kobe. What
is the deep kindness of them!!!
In the afternoon, we had been teaching by Hatanaka teacher. I must say his
aikido is so amazing. I feel so relax practising in his class!
When the class finish there were still someone left to practise a little
more. I saw Mr. Hatanaka and a girl named Mone practise Kotegaeshi. Oh!
That looked like she was flying over the air! Today I also found out a very
interesting thing of hakama! You will look trully biger when you put it on!
This should be another reason for me to take an Aikido exam afterward^~^

I think I got something after the tanto, jo and ken training. Now I can move easily without tired.

Yesterday I went to kyoto and Sensei’s brother and his wife was waiting for us in there. It’s was raining but kyoto is beautiful in rain. They invited us to lunch in an very good restaurant with 400 years old. We visited Tokugawa Sogun Castle. I really like it. Many thanks to Mr Masato Nakao and Mrs Maki 🙂

After evening keiko we went to Sensei’s restaurant. We had a really good time together. I feel like home now. Thank you:)

Today, I did only two keikos. I couldn’t do the evening keiko because it too much for my knee.

I got some points in Akiko sensei’s aikido today. It is amazing her aikido.

In the women’s keiko I always have a feeling like you dance but I can’t dance 🙂
